Police ID SoCal Prowler, Molestor Suspect

Los Angeles -- Police have identified a man suspected of burglarizing and sexually assaulting victims recently in the Lincoln Heights area.The suspect, Rogelio Galvan, 21, is described as Latino, 5'6" and 140 pounds. Detectives say Galvan entered homes through a window and fondled his victims while they're asleep. Galvan was arrested about one year ago for a similar offense in the same area.
