Paparazzi Arrested Near Britney's Home

LOS ANGELES -- Two photographers who were warned about loitering
on a city-owned fire access road near the Studio City home of Britney Spears
have been arrested, Los Angeles police said.
Alexander Passos, 35, of Canoga Park, and Eduardo Ravalha, 35, of Los
Angeles, were booked Monday night at the North Hollywood Station on
suspicion of loitering and later released, according to the LAPD.
Ravalha's illegally parked vehicle was towed and impounded, police said.
The pair were spotted on city-owned property near Coldwater Canyon
Avenue and Mulholland Drive about 6 p.m. and warned to leave, police said.
When police returned about 45 minutes later, the two men were arrested,
police said.
