A "Spectacular" Wedding for Jenna Bush

Crawford, Texas -- President Bush and first lady Laura Bush eagerly shared their joy on Sunday about Jenna Bush's
marriage Saturday night to Henry Hager."We're mighty blessed," Bush said at an airport in Waco where he boarded Air Force One to return to Washington. The first lady was standing at his side. Bush called the wedding "spectacular," saying that his daughter and new son-in-law exchanged vows just as the sun set at his Texas ranch outside Crawford. The newlyweds exchanged vows in front of a limestone cross beside a man-made lake. One of those in attendance says former President Bush and his wife Barbara Bush both spoke during the ceremony. Afterward, guests dined under a tent and danced to "Super T" and his band. He reports Jenna and Henry danced their first dance to Taj Mahal's "Lovin in My Baby's Eyes." The president danced with his newlywed daughter to Joe Cocker's "Your Are So Beautiful." The bride wore a white Oscar de la Renta dress but no veil.
