Celebrating Hal Fishman - July 31, 2007 Gala
In honor of Hal Fishman's 47th year on television in Los Angeles, and as part of the station's 60th Anniversary celebration, KTLA sponsored a gala event in honor of Hal at the Autry National Center on July 31, 2007. Many dignitaries attended, including Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca. Through the years, Hal has been an integral part of KTLA's success, and we salute him and his achievements.
 Before Hal delivered some remarks at the gala in his honor, a video presentation was shown, touching on the highlights of Hal's career.
The presentation also included congratulations from Jay Leno and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Click to watch
