Second Nanny Files Lawsuit Against Rob Lowe

May 1, 2008, 9:00 PM PDT

Second Nanny Files Lawsuit Against Rob Lowe Another former nanny is countersuing Rob Lowe and his wife for sexual harassment.

Laura Boyce filed the suit Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging that Lowe's wife, Sheryl, walked around naked in front of her and made repeated crude comments about her boyfriend's genitals. The suit does not make any sex allegations against the actor.

Sheryl Lowe's attorney, Lawrence Stein, says the allegations are false.

Boyce also claims that she was wrongfully terminated and is owed money. According to the suit, Boyce worked for the Lowes during the last year as a nanny to their two sons, 14-year-old Matthew and 12-year-old John Owen, and signed a confidentiality agreement like every other Lowe employee. She claims the harassment occurred over a period of seven months.

Boyce and her attorney, Gloria Allred, planned to hold a news conference Thursday to comment on the lawsuit.

Boyce is one of three ex-employees the Lowes sued last month, claiming they spread lies about the couple and broke confidentiality agreements.

The Lowes' complaint against Boyce, filed on April 7, alleges defamation, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress and intentional misrepresentation. They are asking for unspecified general and punitive damages.

Another nanny Jessica Gibson, has also countersued, claiming Rob Lowe sexually harassed her. She is also represented by attorney Gloria Allred. Gibson's lawsuit says Lowe "placed his hand inside Gibson's pants" several times from September 2005 to January 2008 and that the actor grabbed her behind without her consent in December 2007. Gibson quit working for the Lowes in February 2008.

The Lowes have also sued one of their former chefs, Peter Clements, for allegedly breaking a confidentiality pact.
